For projects, any costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are not offered once a project has started and needs have been discussed with the client.
After the initial negotiations, if a client decides not to proceed with the project,arcnews.online will not be liable for any reimbursement.
We disclaim all liability and do not issue refunds in the event that a hacker compromises our website.
Policy for Cancellations
Customers are free to end a project at any moment.
A client must give arcnews.onlinewritten notice of their intention to discontinue a project (by email or other official communication methods).
Up until the point of cancellation, all work accomplished will be billed at the predetermined rate.
If a customer disobeys the conditions of the agreement or acts unethically, arcnews.online retains the right to terminate the project.
We will end the job and not issue a refund if the client uses offensive language.
